A) Collaboration Framework
The duration of the session is 60 minutes for professional counseling, 60 minutes for profile outlining in the Advanced, Pro, and Executive packages, and 30 minutes for profile outlining in the Basic package.

You must check your connection and camera functionality 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time and be logged in, waiting for the call from the Consultant.

You have the right to ask questions about anything that occurs during the session. You may inquire about the training of the consultant you are working with.

You are obliged to send any requested material before the session in order for the consultant to prepare.

No other relationship beyond the professional one is allowed between the consultant and the client.

The consultant – if deemed necessary – uses selected psychometric tools (tests, questionnaires, and exercises) to help you better understand issues related to your interests, skills, values, and overall professional personality.

You are required to behave as you would in an in-person session, demonstrating, among other things, courtesy, punctuality, responsibility, and confidentiality.

Your session is individual, and the presence of third parties in your space during the session is strictly prohibited.

During the session, your mobile phone must remain turned off or on silent mode, ensuring the uninterrupted conduct of the counseling process.

Prior to your session, you must not have consumed alcohol or any other substances.

B) Session Cancellation / Late Arrival / No-Show
For your benefit, it is advisable not to cancel sessions. However, if there is a serious reason, you may cancel a session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.

In case you do not respond to the consultant’s call for the session and cannot contact us beforehand due to force majeure, you are required to notify us afterward.

If no telephone notification is provided, your cooperation with the office will be terminated.

If you are late for the start of your session, the session time will not be extended.

C) Confidentiality – Privacy
Except for certain special cases described below, you have the absolute right to the confidentiality of the services you receive. The consultant maintains full confidentiality of everything said during the counseling process, following the professional code of ethics of the consultant’s profession.

Confidentiality of sessions may legally be lifted under special conditions* related to the possibility that the client:

intends to endanger their own life or that of another person.

knows individuals or groups who engage in the above.

If you choose to communicate with the consultant via e-mail, you should be aware that e-mail is not entirely confidential. All emails are stored by internet service providers. Any email received by you will be kept in the consultant’s records.
